ROS Development Server (WIP)

This post details setting up a server to host Ubuntu instances so that people don’t have to run virtual machines to run ROS/Gazebo.

It will use a HP Proliant DL380 Gen9 running VMWare ESXi with an Ubuntu 16.04 VM as the platform.
